Anxiety

 

Symptoms of anxiety include but are not limited to

Excessive anxiety and worry about different topics, events or activities

The anxiety is experienced as painful and very difficult to control and can shift from topic to topic.

Additional symptoms can include:

  • Edginess or restlessness

  • Tiring easily; more fatigued than usual

  • Impaired concentration or feeling as though the mind goes blank

  • Irritability

  • Increased muscle aches or soreness

  • Difficulty sleeping (due to trouble falling asleep or staying asleep, restlessness at night, or unsatisfying sleep)

 Together we will identify the situations that are prompting anxiety and the way that it shows up for you and use interventions unique to your situation.
