DBT Skills group

Designed to help you build practical tools for managing emotions, improving relationships, and increasing resilience.

Our groups are led by a Linehan Board Certified DBT Clinician, demonstrating a high level of training, mastery of the modality, and strong adherence to the treatment model—ensuring you receive DBT as it was intended to be practiced.

In a DBT group, you can expect a structured, supportive environment where you’ll learn and practice skills such as:

  • Mindfulness – staying grounded in the present moment

  • Distress Tolerance – navigating crises and strong emotions without making things worse

  • Emotion Regulation – understanding and managing intense feelings

  • Interpersonal Effectiveness – improving communication, setting boundaries, and strengthening relationships

Groups run on a rolling basis throughout the year, so you can join when space is available. Each session combines teaching, discussion, and opportunities to practice skills both in group and in your daily life.
